North Point Condo Renovation

A 2,100 square foot total remodel of an existing penthouse apartment overlooking San Francisco Bay and Aquatic Park. Modern finishes include book-matched walnut cabinets, live edge walnut slab countertops, steel and walnut bookcases, and an open floor plan master suite. This project operated on an accelerated schedule in order to meet the clients' move-in date. The project involved complex considerations relating to the mobilization of materials and the impact to building residents.
