Matarozzi/Pelsinger Builders' new headquarters located in SF's SoMa district is an intentional melding of sustainable systems and striking architecture to create a unique multi-use building. This building showcases our commitment to sustainability and quality craftsmanship. This will be the first project completed under SF's accelerated permitting process for LEED projects. We are anticipating LEED Gold certification from the USGBC.
