Q: What is your service area?Q: What kind of work do you do?A: The majority of our work is residential (new construction, additions and remodels) , however we've recently completed some very interesting (and award winning) commercial projects.
Q: How large is your company?A: We currently have 35 employees, including our office staff (estimators, project managers and operations) and field personnel (supervisors, foremen and carpenters).
Q: How large/small are the projects you build?A: We really aren't limited by project size. We've evolved a flexible approach to field work and project management that allows us to work efficiently at different scales. We have the capacity and experience to execute large, complex projects with expedited schedules and challenging sites. At the same time, our unique Special Projects Division allows us to bring the same skills and expertise to smaller (but no less important) projects like kitchens, baths, and maintenance work.
Q: What kind of budgets to you work with?A: We've recently completed projects ranging from $300 to $1,200 /SqFt, and everywhere in between. Each project is unique - the earlier we're brought on board, the sooner we can help align the project budget and targeted scope. We've been doing this for 25 years and our goal is still the same - to provide a result and a process that brings people back.
