Special Projects Division

The Special Projects division is Matarozzi/Pelsinger's rapid response unit, created to meet its clients' need for small projects which include kitchen and bathroom remodels; upgrades to finishes; exterior work; and other home improvements.

The division includes a maintenance element to service the ongoing needs of clients' homes.  We develop a customized maintenance schedule for each individual project and then implement when necessary to ensure that each home is maintained properly.

Special Projects Approach

The Special Projects Division understands the challenges of working in a home that is occupied. Our skilled staff is motivated and dedicated to provide quality service and superior craftsmanship while maintaining a well protected and clean working environment.

We can assist you with refining the project scope and budget. Or, if needed, we can refer you to architects, designers or other consultants to make your project a success.

Maintenance Approach

Routine maintenance of your home is a key component to its longevity and value. A scheduled maintenance program will ensure that the systems and finishes of your home are being maintained properly.

MPB conducts a thorough assessment of the maintenance items required to keep your home running efficiently as well as maintaining the integrity of the finishes. We will then personalize a plan delineating the tasks and frequency required to maintain the home properly.

Examples of items on the maintenance schedule include:
1. Replacing furnace filters
2. Cleaning gutters
3. Sealing kitchen countertops
4. Deck maintenance
5. Check weather stripping on windows
6. Paint and weather proofing
